Do you travel?
Yes — Pkaso Media travels for weddings, portraits, and documentary projects across Nigeria and beyond. Travel and accommodation costs for locations outside Benin City are quoted separately depending on distance.
Do you edit your photos?
Every image goes through light retouching to keep it looking natural. we don't over-process. For documentary work, we stay especially close to the real, unfiltered moment; for weddings and portraits, we polish a little more while keeping skin tones and lighting true to life.
When should we reach out to book?
For weddings and portraits, we recommend booking immediately you are convinced we would document your event. For documentary and institutional projects, we ask for as much lead time as possible so we can plan logistics, community access, and crew scheduling properly.

Do you work alone or with a team ?
Pkasomedia has a trusted team of skilled photographers and videographers who work within our creative standards and processes. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, style, and attention to detail across every project, even when multiple team members are involved.
What is your turnaround time?
Portraits: 7 days Weddings: 3weeks for the full gallery, with a sneak peek within 10days. Documentary projects: turnaround depends on scope and is agreed on a project-by-project basis given the editing and story structure involved.
For urgent requests, express delivery can also be arranged.
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand plans change. Deposits secure your date and are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule to a new date within 2 months at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Do you deliver RAW photos?
We deliver fully edited, high-resolution images rather than RAW files, so you get consistent color and quality across your gallery. RAW files can be discussed for specific commercial/documentary licensing arrangements.
Do you retouch your clients?
We keep retouching light and natural — smoothing out temporary distractions (stray hairs, blemishes) without changing who you are. We don't reshape bodies or faces.
We're camera-shy — how will you get good photos of us?
Most people feel awkward in front of a camera at first. We spend the early part of any session easing into it — light direction, natural movement, real conversation — so the stiffness fades and the real moments come through. This is the same instinct we rely on for documentary interviews, where putting someone at ease is half the job.
How do we receive our photos?
Galleries are delivered via an online link for easy downloading and sharing, with an option for USB or printed albums for weddings on request.
What happens if you can't make it?
In the rare case of an emergency, we have a trusted network of photographers we can call on to ensure your day is still covered, briefed in advance on your style and shot list.
Who edits the photos on a team shoot?
All final edits pass through Pkaso Media directly, so every image — regardless of who was behind the camera that day — carries a consistent look and feel.
